My-Certificates
is a professional search and Supply Company for
the supply of Birth certificates, Marriage certificates
and Death Certificates, from various official
government sources within Europe all certificates
supplied are original or a copy of microfiche
held by the relevant authorities, We work to the
given information making no amendments or alterations
certificates may be used for passport applications
driving licence applications wedding arrangements
and any other official application as well as
any other legal or personal use
Order acceptance
Certificates online
will only accept orders where it believes that
the purpose for which the certificate has been
ordered is both bona fide and legal, for this
purpose we ask that you complete all requested
fields on our online application form, failure
to complete all fields could result in delay or
non acceptance of your order.

Payment Terms,
Our sole terms
of business exist via the internet with online
payment being made at the point of the order via
one of the approved credit cards (visa, MasterCard)
others may be added in future at the discretion
of My-Certificates, the payment will appear
on your credit card statement as My-Certificates.com.
Because of the various European departments that
we deal with we invoice in Euros, but the price
you pay will be in pounds to the same figure you
see on the website in pounds sterling, unless
you have chosen to pay by an alternative currency,
Your payment is Transacted not on the site of
My-Certificates but on the site of Citelis
this is the secure server of Credit mutual the
8th largest bank in Europe, in this way we neither
see, nor hold you card details IE card number,
expiry date security numbers.
Delivery
Using the various
mailing systems in Europe we will despatch the
requested certificate to the address requested
on the given order, addressed to the person requested
on the order We do not offer and are unable to
supply a pick up service My-Certificates is
an internet based company, Delivery times quoted
are given in good faith and whilst in around 95%
of the ordered products are adhered to they do
not form part of our contract the given time is
based on working days and is deemed to commence
on the next working day following receipt of order
Example an order
received at 15.33 on Wednesday shall be deemed
to arrive at 00.00 am on Thursday, an order received
on Friday at 15.33 shall be deemed to arrive on
the next working day in this case 00.00 AM Monday, we endeavour to dispatch all certificates
with the given period this period is currently
with 5 working days for Priority ordered certificates
and where a certificate is ordered on our
soon as service our current wait time is between
15 and 20 working days you should be aware that
at times of extreme demand this can be extended
and all delivery is deemed to have been effected
at the point of dispatch and no liability can
be accepted for non delivery or late delivery
caused by the postal services however should a
loss occur please contact us as soon as possible

Problems
We ask that you
allow the given period for the despatch of your
ordered certificate in the majority of case we
dispatch prior to the quoted period. We work very
hard to adhere to our given timescales however
in circumstances outside of our control
certificates online cannot be held responsible
for the late or non delivery of the ordered certificates
should your request be late in arriving or you
have question relating to a delivered order please
email us at problems@My-Certificates.com you will be responded to by an allocated operator,
please include in your email the Ident Facture,
date of orde, email address ordered on, full details
of the ordered certificate, and a telephone number
you can be contacted on.
Where
a certificate is not registered or does
not match the given details we will be unable
to supply the requested certificate,
in certain circumstances particularly England
and Wales the 50 year rule applies this means
that you must supply us with all of the required
details, the cost of your certificate is broken
down into 2
components parts £11 for the search application
of GRO and associated administration,
and the remainder for the supply of the
relevant certificate and postage when because
of incomplete insufficient or non registration
applies certificates online will make a charge
of £11 per certificate and the remainder will
be credited to the credit card that you ordered
the relevant certificate on. Please be sure the
information supplied is both accurate and complete
My-Certificates cannot accept any responsibility
for false inaccurate or incomplete information

Contract of
Order,
The point at which
an order shall be deemed to have commenced is
the point at which the order arrives on the server
of My-Certificates with the relevant payment
accepted on the server of Citelis, our online
secure server operated on our behalf by Credit
Mutual, Because of the way that we work
the contract is deemed to commence at this
point and regulation 13 of the distance selling
and home ordering regulations are deemed to apply
and certificates online does not offer the right
to cancel once the order has been made

For the supply
of services if the supplier has given correct
information and the performance of the contract
has begun with the consumers agreement before
the end of the cancellation period
